WLKL’s primary format is alternative rock, with a touch of 70’s hits from 7:00-8:00 am and throwbacks from the 80’s from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Add 4 hours of techno on Saturday nights beginning at 11:00 p.m. and you have WLKL, The Max Alternative.
